In-House High-Precision Mold Making
We have an independent mold workshop equipped with high-speed CNC centers, mirror EDMs, and precision grinders. The entire process-from mold design and fabrication to testing and maintenance-is controlled in-house. This not only guarantees the precision and longevity of the mold but also significantly shortens the new product development cycle.
Advanced Injection Molding Capabilities
Description: With over 60 advanced injection molding machines (ranging from 10 to 600 tons) and a professional team of process engineers, we can precisely manufacture components from a wide range of engineering plastics (PP, PBT, POM, PC). We ensure strict adherence to dimensional tolerances and cosmetic standards for every part we produce.
Dedicated Assembly & System Integration
For automated equipment, we provide a full suite of services including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, software programming, and system commissioning. Every piece of equipment undergoes rigorous functional and stability testing for at least 72 hours before leaving our facility.
